SW, I love that programme "Escape to the country" that would be a dream for me to do this.:j;)

    I do as well - property !!!!!!!

But I do wonder how some of them can afford those properties - even if they have enough money to buy them what about the council tax, heating, etc? Plus looking after those enormous gardens!

    Nice to dream, though!

Looking a bit more interesting now, Pixie.

There must still be some spare teams, though?

Not sure what you mean by 'spare' teams? Do you mean that those who's team have been eliminated can pick another team?

The teams through to the knockout stages so far are:
    Uruguay
    Mexico
    Argentina
    South Korea
    USA
    England
    Germany
    Ghana
    Paraguay
    Slovakia
    Holland
    Brazil

One more team will be decided tonight and the last 3 tomorrow.

Hehe! I sound like I know a lot but I'd never watched a football match before 2001:o

Well, I am very impressed by your knowledge!

Yes, that is what I meant - if people want to pick another team! Although I am not sure how thoroughly they are following the teams! I haven't a clue how Argentina are doing!

Yes, and I can imagine what Niddy will have to say about that!

    Now, must get some food!
