Thanks Pixie. Oh my gosh, no one did vote for France. Crumbs!

Are you feeling ok after op?

It was only very, very minor, done under local anaesthetic and a lot less painful than having a filling!

    4. Argentina - Ann
    5. England - Toile/Elsie/Pixie
    6. Paraguay - 3 Dogs
    7. Switzerland- Swanfan
    8. [STRIKE]Italy[/STRIKE] - Jen BR ( bet they are the best looking team though Jen)
    9. Elsie - Germany
    10. George - Scotland
    11. Pixie - also [STRIKE]New Zealand[/STRIKE]

Did no-one have France? I really wanted to put a strike through their name. :D

Looking a bit more interesting now, Pixie.

There must still be some spare teams, though?

Hello my lovely friends, hope you've all had a wonderful day.

The sun have been out for most of the afternoon, did get a little cloudy in between too, and rather breezy but nice.;)

Dad is rather poorly at the unit today, they think he is also at the worse stages of his COPD (Chest & lung) problems.

He is very sleepy again, but I put that down to all the meds he has to take and the extra antibiotics as well, they did manage to persuade him to eat, yet is drinking plenty of fluids.

They advised against visiting today though, so its really sad as well.
I was informed of the above on the phone.

I'm here now. I had a (very) minor op at the health centre this afternoon then watched the football. I was really hoping that New Zealand would go through but they didn't. Italy are out which is a big shock as they won the World Cup the last time.

Hope all went okay for you pixiechick.;)X

Really sorry to hear that, Di.

Let's hope you are able to visit him soon - I am sure you will feel better when you actually see him, rather than just relying on phone calls.
