No, probably me getting the timing wrong!
Let's hope it stays that way - there are going to be a lot of disappointed people if England go out of it now!"What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -

Just a quick update on today's post, which has just been delivered.
Nothing of any note - certainly nothing for Niddy - but, I did receive a reply from M&S re the refund I had fought for on my car insurance excess charge.
They wanted to refund the money to my M&S card (enough said!). I did write to them asking for either a cheque or a credit toward next year's premium (which is due in a few weeks' time). They have now replied to say that the money has already been paid to the card, they can't issue a cheque due to money laundering regulations (?) and that I should contact my card issuer. This would be the same issuer who are actively pursuing me and for whom Niddy devised me a letter, which I sent on Monday. Wouldn't they just love a phone call from me?
I am now convinced that the insurance people have been in contact with the card people."What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -
