Thanks for the cold advice may try that first defence. Yes ann i think we will fill this thread up quickly as well. We are such gossips arent we, but we all get on so well never had any bad posters on here all very civilised indeed. Right i need to get my A into G as well and get some chores done before the place gets too hot again

Don't know about you Jinny, but it is the gossip and banter that keeps me going!

I know I can relay on everyone on here to make me laugh even on the darkest days!

Off to get something done - housework, gardening etc before getting my nerves torn to shreds this afternoon.

Have had to come in from the garden because it is too hot to work!

At least, that is my excuse.

Now going to have a mug of mint tea - I do know how to live!

My son has just thrown his smelly red England top at me to wash for him as they are wearing red today. He cooked breakfast for me so i cant complain at that. He said the manager had made the team play rugby the day after the disaster game as they were arguing with each other too much. They say he sounds like a gangster boss when he tells them off, very controlled but sinister!!

Don't know whether you listen to Chris Evans but he has being calling Capello Don Capello and keeps playing the Godfather music over clips of Capello telling talking.

Point is - is it doing the team any good all these telling offs?

And as for being bored - why can't they just read a book or something?

I think it must be sports day down the school just down the road from me, I hear the kids and the loud speaker :j, they usually take place in the afternoon, but with it being so hotter in the afternoon, its far wiser for these events to take place in the morning part I think.;)

Or perhaps the staff want to finish early to watch the telly - I think there may be a little football match on!
