Frightened about my future - part 2.

ummmmmm have I missed something here?
It was a post from someone trying to publicise a web site - think it was something to do with stocks and shares.
Anyway, I sent it off as an "abuse email" and it has disappeared now!

Ann, and they did Win......:j:beer:
Well done England, I had a feeling you would get through this one!:D:T
I am pleased for them!
Bet Pixie, Swanfan and Fitzer and pleased/relieved.
Will be interesting to hear what Niddy has to say, though!"What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -
Just a quick update on today's post, which has just been delivered.
Nothing of any note - certainly nothing for Niddy - but, I did receive a reply from M&S re the refund I had fought for on my car insurance excess charge.
They wanted to refund the money to my M&S card (enough said!). I did write to them asking for either a cheque or a credit toward next year's premium (which is due in a few weeks' time). They have now replied to say that the money has already been paid to the card, they can't issue a cheque due to money laundering regulations (?) and that I should contact my card issuer. This would be the same issuer who are actively pursuing me and for whom Niddy devised me a letter, which I sent on Monday. Wouldn't they just love a phone call from me?
I am now convinced that the insurance people have been in contact with the card people.
How annoying, with you already been out of pocket in the first place due to this, I believe you had the right to have this refunded directly to you Ann.
Could you maybe write back and tell them that?
Hopefully Niddy will have some suggestions for you on this, but the money is rightfully yours in my opinion.:(The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

I think I may have to just grin and bear this!
At least the original letter I wrote gave me a moral victory!
