I've just been catching up on the posts and read about your neighour problem Ann.

I had a Neighbour from Hell (among other things he went to jail for assaulting me) and I know it's no fun having horrid neighbours. In fact, he was the start of my debt problems (being unable to complete the university course I was doing at the time, having to sell to get away from him when house prices were low, buying a house that needed a lot of work and renting at the same time....)

Anyway, I now live in a cul-de-sac with lovely neighbours.

Well at least mine aren't that bad, Pixie!

I only get verbal abuse - from the woman (who is at least twice as big as me!). Her partner just stands there looking gormless.

Wish I knew how to post a pictureof their front garden on here!

At least the weather has been absolutely brilliant so all the washing is done

Hope your washing line isn't in your front garden, Elsie!

See my earlier rant about neighbours!

Off to do washing up. The Budget is a bit worrying for those folk on housing benefit and tax credits. I am sure it will affect me in that i shall have a pay freeze for two years, my pensionable age is going up as are my pension contributions and i think taxes too. There may be job cuts at my college, well i shall find out soon enough i am sure!

I have just thought Niddy is Scottish, does he wear a kilt to work? When do men wear kilts? I am not culturally aware (it's ok i am Indian - but rubbish at that too). Does he play bagpipes?9k=
