Live in Hull, phone line is KC

My daughter has her phone line with Kingston Communications. I already know that Orange and TalkTalk don't cover Hull (because their websites specifically say so!). Sky are just a dead end .
Ideally she wants Broadband, wireless, so my question for anyone already familiar with telecomms in Hull, is, Is there a good deal to be had? She doesn't want to download films and music, just surf and read her emails.

I may be wrong but I think that it is Hobson's choice in Hull.

I think Karoo are pretty much your only choice. I'd recommend checking out their Broadband Max here rather than the ordinary broadband as its faster and cheaper than the ordinary broadband.
