If you're going near the water park it is a steep but it's not that bad.
I go to Torviscas & stay at the Regency Club.
We normally walk down & jump a taxi back.

There's a new complex with a big supermarket just by Villa Tagoro.
There's also a small supermarket opposite Pineda which I use when I only need a few bits.
Have a look on this map see if you're in any of the hotels.

I would say tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, crisps, sweets ect tinned food if you've got room without going over your weight allowance.
It's ok to take most things except meat & dairy products.

Eating out is quite cheap, just check the drinks prices they can cost more than your meal.
    Have a lovely holiday.

Note that there are 2 water parks now, The original Aqualand is where it is fairly hilly.

There's a restriction on taking honey between countries. Maybe the bees don't get along with each other!

I've never understood why people want to go on SC holidays and cook for themselves. Surely one of the reasons for going away is to get away from that kind of routine ? Nowadays it hardly costs much more to have HB/FB/AI.

    Between which countries?

Again, food can pass freely within EU Member States - Canary Islands included.

I have been given use of a timeshare exchange and this is what i got. I've used clubcard points to pay for flights!

    So HB/FB/AI wasnt an option.

I would much rather cook in the sun than the rain anyway.:rotfl:
