Ebay Problem

I have spoken to paypal who have said they think it could be fraudulent use of a credit card so they are holding the funds. And it takes up to ten days to be resolved. I have e-mailed the buyer and advised them to contact paypal as they are withholding the payment so i will just need to wait and see what happens.

As paypal have placed a temporary hold on the funds you have not been paid.Be grateful you have still got the phone.

Another question do i need to wait until the paypal investigation is resolved before i can re list my item.
I contacted the buyer and they kept saying they did not have a paypal account? they then said the would contact paypal at 1600 that day which was yesterday but they have not done it.
There feedback has went from 0 to 3 so they have managed to buy other stuff

Hi paypal has now reversed this payment which i thought i would happen anyway. But what happens with the ebay fees am i entitled to a refund any help appreciated.
