Just spoke to solicitor , looks like she wants to start court proceedings:(. Not sure I am up to this :(

Good luck with this Picasso! If you do go down that route, just try not to focus on it too much and if you can, detach yourself from it. Your solicitor will be there taking charge of everything for you.

(Whereabouts in beautiful Yorkshire are you btw? I'm in Sheffield but try to get out to the Peaks whenever I can. Love being so close to the hills! Hence I thought I needed a wee change of Avatar... :) )

Great news Rachel, you'll be a credit to them I'm sure! :)

Mine is more of a to-do list at the moment:-

    - [STRIKE]Send 3 wheels off to be refurbed[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]Phone child benefit office for reference number fot tax credits forms! Finally arrived yesterday!!! All filled out except for that number.[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]NSD, don't need anything[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]Lunch and snacks from stores[/STRIKE]
    - Go through WIP today
    - [STRIKE]Check top tray for any outstanding invoicing[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]Check banking[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]Check for any new bills coming in[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]Check free money card[/STRIKE]

If I get these bits done I will be happy! Hopefully no disasters at work!

I asked for something I needed on Freecycle instead of buying it right away.

I bought a £3.50 magazine for the £5 oisturiser instead of buying another moisturiser (the one I would have gone for would have been more expensive than a fiver too).

I phoned my boyfriend instead of a taxi, even though I know it compromises my independance, I need those debts paid.

I actually opened todays post instead of avoiding it.

Little things- but they help. They're all part of a lifestyle change I need to effect.

    Today I:

    * checked ebay, no questions and a bid on one item.
    * made up my RM survey postal pack (I like to do it the day it arrives so I don't get behind)
    * did one poll (20p) and a VO survey and an IPSOS one (very tedious)
    * resisted buying snacks at work
    * dinner from stores - baked cheese and nibbles, nom, nom

    Evening all :j

I have just finished doing all I am going to do except shut the chooks in once they have gone to bed! Now sat down with a nice pot of Earl Grey :D

OH is away, so I didn't have to cook a huge meal - I might even lose a little bit of weight over the 3 days he is away :j

    Other than that I have:

Checked online banking - moved some ebay money to savings. I like this decluttering lark :D

Seen to animals and plants (only had to water the greenhouse ones, as it has been pouring down again outside :(

Packed lunch to work and HM meals from stores - yummy smoked salmon and fresh herb pasta for supper, which sounds posh but uses the basics smoked salmon bits from Mr S, some low fat creme fraiche and bits from the garden - and it made enough for tomorrow as well as OH is not here :D

Checked ebay items - lots of watchers :D

Not NSD, as I needed petrol plus the dreaded station car park

Well, off now to see if chooks are in bed, then I will grab a bath and an early-ish night, as I have to get a really early train for an external meeting tomorrow morning

    G'night all
