Humax Foxsat HDR

I upgraded dish & bought Foxsat box, very good! Then bought new LG Digital LCD TV so we could watch HD channels 
only to find the Lip-sync is out on HD via HDMI cable!
Spent hundreds of pounds for nothing, LG have been helpful, but Humax are just ignoring the issue & blaming LG! Am very upset, wish we hadn't bought them.
Can anyone help?

It seems to be a known problem with Humax and LG
