    Thanks for all your replies, after trying all sorts again, I bit the bullet and used IE and it worked, gaaaaaaah I hate IE, but I have to do the course............clearly it is some issue with Mozilla needing an add on.........

    This is consistent with what Blackpool Saver says about needing to be logged on.

    Yes you are right. Sorry for the misinformation, blackpool. I see now the log-in screen a few pages back if you adjust the folders in the URL.

    As Richie has pointed out, they use OLAT which explains why it doesn't work with other browsers because quite simply it's a pile of !!!!!!. Glad you got it working with IE though, but marissa's spoofer link should work.

    Who requires you to do the course?

    I would complain that it is forcing you to use IE and you find it unacceptable to have to use it on your own system at home.

    It is the only way to break this stupid "it is good enough to write web pages for IE only" idea.
