FOS agreed that LLOYDS TSB to pay but they have not replied

So had it now been passed to the Ombudsman? If this has happened you are back in another queue I think although not as long as your first adjudication. Banks that do this should be fined heavily by the FSA. They really think they are a law unto themselves.jarves5555 wrote: »Hi

I have now received a letter from FPS to say Ombudsman will now review. Does anyone know how long this will take as it has now been 23 months since I complained to FOS.
Is it worthwhile me contacting LLOYDS and what is the best number to call?
