I would not replace even the cambelt and run it till it die, as the head gasket is on its way.
Only change the radiator if there is a leak, but i think the garage is trying it on.
Get recovery cover in case it dies one day.
Not true on most rovers of this age and up, the radiator is a service item and is to be replaced every 5 years (no i'm not joking or mad!):rotfl:.0 -

Don't tell him to buy a new one, think Skoda's have better engines that Rovers!
The Rover died out long ago, was voted one of the most disliked cars around the other week in one of the papers0 -

Only problem is Sandoval has no sence of humour and doesn't even realise he said new "one" in a Rover thread not new "car". You have to explain it carefully to him sometimes
