How do you know it's genuine? If you pay and a fake turns up you could have issues getting a refund.

I believe it is real but for the price I've paid I don't care too much.

Well that is a contradiction in terms.

However, back to your original question, you have only 45 days from purchase date to claim. Buy at your peril.

My point was that it cost me what I would have paid for a similar style, non brand name watch in Asda or similar which would have been my next port of call. Same price, same functionality and if it's genuine then I've won a watch (as you seem to have a fondness for cliches).

So breaking the law is not important to you?

Sorry, I've bought it in good faith albeit with limited knowledge of it's authenticity. I don't believe this is illegal. Is owning a copy illegal? If so I'll scrap it and lesson learnt. All I can lose is next to nothing (pricewise) and the functionality I referred to above due to my ignorance.

Thanks for all the advice and comments.

I'm sorry, but the autheticity has been challenged already by Ebay pulling the listing. If that is not enough, the fact you say for the price you have paid you could have bought a similar style from Asda, is the second factor in showing this is not a real Tag.

And thus making it a criminal act to buy it.
