Has anyone been prosecuted then?
I doubt it as do pirate radio broadcasters. These devices are sold in the shops/internet quite legally, no warning is given that they may be illegal so I doubt that very much.
Ofcom are pretty well useless anywayActually they can as you are committing the offence of Spectrum Abuse by transmitting in bands requiring licences which you hold no licence for. You can end up in court just the same as a pirate radio broadcaster.0
