also can i book the flights before the travel insurance? will the insurance still be valid because i want to find insurance which covers volcanos...

Yes just have to keep refreshing until you manage to get through or wait for the trafiic to calm down, malaysian will probably go to sleep in the next 1 hour. Be warned, the booking process can go wrong at anytime because of site traffic.

I think I have to give this a miss because i cannot go this nov, I have to wait for a promotion from Malaysian/Singapore airlines for next january.

Already had the page open and refreshed so was fairly easy but free flights are only one way so roughly £320 return. Still really cheap but not that great a deal for me as will still have to get flights down to London, add on luggage etc.
Hope some folk get the deals they wanting though

Woo hoo. Got in without too much problem (their field for 'name on credit card' isn't long enough, so card was rejected twice, so I swapped to a debit card with an abbreviated version of my name and it went through OK, about twenty past five). Cheers to OP and Arsenal
