    I've spoken to a guy on here that says he visited the branch where they were able to locate his purchase details, but he knew the exact date he bought it.

    I thought there was a problem with the batteries overheating as well. It's worth checking out.

    Yep they get soooo hot!! But apparently our model isnt on the recall list for that either!
