just browsing thru 02 online bill and was very surprised to see charges as i have loads of rem. min. left.
upon checking i saw they were for 0871 no.s
i do beleive i have used these in past and not been charged.
have they recently started charging for these and what about 0870 , 0844, 0845 no.s?
please help

0871 has been 35p/min for a number of years. 0870/0844/0845 should be included.0

Not many companies have 0871 so you may not have rung them that often before and probably never noticed you got charged until now.0
