This may have already been covered before but incase it hasnt.....
If youre phoning Orange to upgrade or change your tarrif do your research online! Orange will offer you very limited tariffs over the phone however if you tell them youve seen a particular offer online theyll honour it.
I phoned and was going to take 150 mins and 200 texts for £25 when the girl said had I seen that one online, I said no and she hinted I should check. I did and as a result got 200 mins and 600 texts for £25 and a new phone.
She said they cant offer these tariffs unless the customer asks for them
