The flights to and from Heathrow were full, but those to and from Bangkok had under 100 on board. They also fly brand new A330s, and you get 2 meals, plus snacks and free drinks (including alcohol) on each 7 hour main sector.

I really can't rate Oman Air highly enough!

Booked on Opodo about 2 months before travel.

Heard a lot of good things about Oman Air around the airport. Perhaps not quite up to the standards of Emirates/Etihad/Qatar, but definately nipping at their heels.

I'm looking for flights to Bangkok next year Jan-Feb. Hoping to spend a month in the Ko Chang island area as a 50th and 40th birthday treat with my partner. Always used to try and get spare seats on charters but they are hard to get over a 4 week period. Never heard of EVA. Do they fly out of Manchester? Have you any prices for this time of year?
