If they "correct" the shelf edge label no one is overcharged and you have saved 9p0

DMG. Perhaps your right. The sums I am talking about here are miniscule, but being frequently overcharged in supermarkets is a personal bugbear of mine.

So a constructive response would have been to call/ email Tesco Customer Services, not venting on here, which will resolve nothing?Gone ... or have I?0 -

Don't know about that. The Managing Director may be reading this, and may contact me with an offer of compensation and maybe.... Oh hang on, here comes my nurse. Bye...:j0 -

if venting on a forum makes one feel better why not?!?
Nobody makes you read and reply to posts that you deem irrelevant anyway so whats the point in being narky to someone for having a mini rant??
I have to trawl through threads about hamsters but no one seems to get fussy about those ones!!:silenced:They Were Up In Arms wrote: »I think tabskitten is a crying, walking, sleeping, talking, living troll :cool:0 -
While it isn't really an excuse, and the training should have been better, the store that you are talking about is only open just over 1 week. There are maybe some issues to resolve, and while you've been inconvienienced by it, it will get better as it they get more experienced.0

Remember it's human being who change price labels not machines, or any other perfect system. Mistakes will be made. Until the day they can figure out a fool proof system this will carry on, move on with life you got your refund what more do you want. Would you be complaining if the price tag stated more than what you paid?
There so much more important thing to wound up about than the odd miss priced products, its a fact of life. No amount of ringing head office, complaining to mangers etc is going to stop this from happening.0 -
I this is more of a case of misleading pricing than overcharging.0
