Good evening fair trollbusters one and all, having a post spicy mince and dumplings and rhubarb charlotte cup of coffee (decaf, natch!) and a bit of mooching around on here before having a shower and cracking open a bottle of something. OH made the mince dish - trouble is, he read somewhere once that when using tinned tomatoes you should add a little sugar to offset the acidity. So he puts the equivalent of the European sugar mountain in - spicy mince good, sweet spicy mince not so good......One life - your life - live it!0
