And you will notice that I posted my NSD earlier tonight!!!

Must get to bed now, up at 6.30 am tomorrow for trip to car boot, a bit shopping at Mr T's and then home to get ready for the meet at Stonehenge - really looking forward to it but I will be well wrapped up just in case the weather is like today's:

I did, indeed, 3Dogs, and felt very guilty for taking the mickey out of you yesterday:o:o

Happy shopping tomorrow and see you at Stonehenge later, I've got my thermals prepared, going to be a bit chilly on the camel otherwise:rotfl::rotfl:

Morning all....Erme is online on here on Sabbath WOE IS ERME ...

    Hugs Handy....and anyone else...

E was vainly chasing a sewing machine (she had no hope of getting and couldn't afford) on E till 11pm last night and then went job hunting. Found one (20 hours a week - Mon- fri) but then some nice person said 'no point in applying for jobs e when you have the lurgy. Don't be doing HW @ midnight ....so went to bed and slept for 6 hours :j....

That was the end of my 'good' night (had rest of routine done)...now utterly confused cos weekdays I get up @ 6 and woke @ 6 but like it's Sabbath when I normally have a lie till 7.30...so this post is out of utter confusion...

And with it being Sabbath there's no radio for me today (just tapes/cd's) etc.

With regards winter...daylight bulbs (quite cheap) really helped me last year, along with routine. Brought down the time of my winter blues from 12 weeks min to about 6 (and 2 hospital admission - this year no psych admissions :T). They're cheaper than sad lamps and help :)...bit expensive to run but still. Worth it in my opinion. And I wouldn't have mine on all night. Just from say dusk to 7pm or when it was a rainy day.

Put moisturiser in burn on leg last night...Now it really hurts. Some of it doesn't look that bad a burn but there's little bits that look 2nd - 3rd degree.

And am trying out the nicorette a little - just when chest gets bad for a short time...but the bogie men don't help :(
