:beer:Good morning all, from a busy night shift Nargle......calmed down a bit now though so I can post on here. Having caught a few glimpses of the England team mincing around the pitch in their ballet frocks last night, I thought of an ideal storage place for the vuvuzelas - round up all the trolls and spammers and get them to bend over......
All together sing now.....Who can make your dinner? Prune your roses too? Paint your garden fence and escort you to the loo, the Handyman can..........:AOne life - your life - live it!0 -
Good (hic) morning everyone.:D0

Morning all, Sunny and Bright again down in Scrumpy Land, Handy Has a thick head this morning, probrably down to the amount of booze consumed and not having the time to eat yesterday. We will have to get a grip on her Ladyship if this is going to work properly.
Nargle, love the coments, Thanks. The Handyman can do most things, but not everything. I'm not a great football fan but I wish they would put me in the England Team. I'm partially geriatric but If I couldnt do better?
I used to work with Alan Clarke, (Sniffer) ex Leeds and England Footballer. When he was manager of Barnsley he made his lads get up at 4 am and took them down a local coal mine. He showed them the lads on the coal face and told them that this is what the people who paid there wages had to do for a living. He went on to say that if they didnt start behaving and working harder, then this is what they would be doing for a job in the near future.
Maybe Fabio should give Alan a Call, He never saw the money that the players get today, thats why he works as a sales rep.
Anyway Coffe now (Black) then to duty. Soon as I have done at the big house it's off to look at the Labrodor Pups.
Cheers to you all, handy.:)Mother Nature Don't Draw Straight lines, We are Broken Moulds in Life's Grand Design, We look a Mess but we're doing fine,

Good morning everyone!!....handyman123 wrote: »How does Portobello mushroom with smoked bacon and brie, followed by slow roasted lamb shank with caramilised mediterainian vegetables and a peach and lemon sorbet sound.

I had a crash course in an Army Cookhouse! and cook for all the dinner parties. Washing up after me is a nightmare.
Change of subject, I know some of you might think, who is this Army Barmy Geezer who keeps telling stories about what he and his mates got up to? Well as we used to say in an emergency radio message NO DUFF, REAL TIME, meaning what we were about to announce was geniune. Lord Hooray is not well, I am disgusted with how he is being treated. I just have to have a rant, but I will do it off line. He may be landed, he may be a product of his upbringing, but he is still a person and the handy's are going to stick theire necks out to see he is treated with respect.
Part 1 of rant over, if anyone thinks I should rant elswhere please let me know, I understand that this tread is for purposes other than my blowing off.
handy will be back soon in a beter mood:).
Mmmm... sounds yummy Handy!. Dont worry, i'll sort the washing~up out.
I, for one, hope you dont feel that you cannot rant here. I think of this as the "Friendly Fred" and if you cant come and have a chat/moan about how good/bad your day has been. where can you go?. The anonymity here means that you can say what you feel without the fear of it having reprisal. We all need to let off steam at some point.
It will hopefully be a nice day here today, and hopefully the sun will shine on you all, wherever you are.
Have a lovely weekend everyone!!..
