Yes I was back at school today, and I did my homework:D

I recieved 2 letters today:(
Letter 1 from the DCA, they want me to pay £30 a month :rotfl:it is for the loan I think ;)thats the one with the propper CCA,

Letter 2 from Santander:eek: with a PIN number for my Santander cash card:eek: and its not in my name:eek::eek:, just phoned them up, tried to explain it, the tool on the phone said it was illegal to open other peoples letters, I know its but if all you can see is the address its not, and its your address:mad::mad::mad:

Is that £29 more than you were planning on paying? or a whole £30 more

I think they have me on that one:(, there getting a quid a month maybe sometime, until niddy talks me out of it again:T, with the rules and regs thing:D

The santander clown didn't seem to like it when I pointed out that they'd breeched the DPA:mad::p
