    I had that happen :o
and I don't mean to worry or scare you, but a little bit got left in :o and got infected
and on a pain scale i'd give that infection a 8/10

 he just read that  mind you, 8/10 would be an improvement as the abcess pain was 11/10 !!:D

And then he saw the scones - that cheered him up :D - but now he wants some - I said there's a couple in the freezer somewhere but he moaned that they don't have cream & jam  men
    :( Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 :( 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13 :(

Frozen scones - interesting - are they homemade and frozen or bought and frozen.
Scones don't need cream in my opinion, just to be hot and have lots of jam on them.

Hi all, thank you for your kind messages. It wasn't totally unexpected, but when it happens it still knocks you sideways. Lord H wasn't very good yesterday, I didn't see much of him, but he wasn't good. Lady H has an old school mate staying at the moment which is lucky as she's not on her own. Lady H got up early to give him some antibiotics for a nasty chest infection and found him @ 5.00 am.

The paramedic's and police were great, very kind and supportive. A little later the remorse and guilt kicked in. It's a warning to us all that once said, harsh words can never really be taken back.

It's a blessed relief, for I know he didn't want to carry on as he was.
In a way I was relieved when the phone rang, for at that time in the morning I thought it was bad news about MIL.

    Cheers Handy.
