    So next time you go near a hospital arm yourself with a carton of it...and give it to the nurse/junior doc/any medical numpty who behaves like a wolly (or even some eejit in the waiting room)...sorted :D

    Sorry Fermi - but I could only find vanilla creams and chocolate cream on the web - no ginger one's I'm afraid
