Co-operative bank cashminder debit card

I have recently opened a cashminder account with the co-op. I have been sent a card which says 'visa debit' I am unable to use the card with tesco online groceries, but they did allow me to use it with tesco direct (over the phone) orders. My coop visa works fine everywhere including petrol etc and on any receipt it always shows every time as 31010 the card itself starts 4988 though.
