Looking for cheeper ink cartridges for my printer

I haven't my Canon Pixma MP480 for that long and i've had to replace my ink cartridges for first time.
Now the cheepest price i've found soo far is on amazon. £12.15 for black and £15.36 for colour. I was wondering if there is a place where I can get them cheeper than that?
I'm not to worried about it being Canon branded ink.

There is a website, but I cant remember what the sites, called sorry, they did a few months back had inks for 79p, which is a bargin. Sorry I cant be anymore help!

I use them and they're ok. Good delivery. Products are ok, can't really complain with the amount they cost.

I know the main supermarkets are pretty good on Epson carts - not too sure on other brands though.

There was a post on here a few days (or a bit more) ago, complaining that there are no deals on cartridges for his model.

I use also use cartridgepeople, and even they only do originals.

Can't see compatibles for OPs Pixma, perhaps you could provide the link?

That's for originals.

I get the impression the OP is after cheap compatibles, not originals a few pence cheaper.

I don't use cartridges at all, way too expensive. I use a CISS (continuous ink system) :-


The cartridge and heads etc stay in place and you refil those bottles as you need to. There is a newer and mmaybe better option of cartridges that split in two leaving the head in the printer and the tank you can refil when you take it off.
These people do both http://continuous-ink-systems.co.uk/ , mine isn't as modern as those new ones on there, so they should be a better than mine ...I love mine, saved me a fortune and no need to worry about printing anymore
