We may have valid complaints with the ICO as it seems they are a Data Controller who have breached our data protection rights.

I am signed up to lovethatwinenews.co.uk but do not have a profile. If you login, click on mylovethatwine on the right hand side, then edit, you should be able to delete information from the profile area if you have filled that in.
Their Privacy Policy does not mention this at all.

I'm totoally speechless, everyone's details are there, addresses, dob, mob numbers, postcodes, totally open to identity fraud, I've sent them a very strong worded email, and I for one will not be keeping my registration with that site. ty to DippyChick for noticing this.
