Bad idea as banks will only lend on a residential mortgage on a property with vacant possession. As soon as money changes hands the old owners become tenants of the new owners with all the rights that entails .... like staying six months. :eek: No decent solicitor will advise you to do this.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -

Business moves are different to house moves, items are moved methodically (So they can be laid out at the other end properly) so you tend to move all the desks in one go, then all the cabinets etc etc.
Not much gets bubble wrapped, it tends to be the IT that gets wrapped, but we have big bubble wrap bags which make it quicker.
The loose items eg stationary and contents of teachers desks get packed into stackable plastic crates.
Most items are moved on special skates which reduces the chances of damage.0 -

Having done it with a Van the first time and with removals the second time we have sworn that if there is a next time we are giving the keys to a removal firm and going on holiday for a week whilst they move us!
however I intend to have more than three days notice next time which is all we got the second time around!0
