My sons are off again, this time to Finsbury Park for the free RATM concert. Problem is, where can they get parket. They don't mind parking and getting the tube or walking, but help would be gratefuly received.
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

When I went to a concert at Finsbury Park, there was parking there - have they checked to see if there is parking?
This was some time ago that I went to the concert (when I was young and could still afford to go) - but maybe worth
    asking!

ok - scrap that, I've just looked at the details of the gig and it says there is no parking on site.

    This might help though? http://www.haringey.gov.uk/index/environment_and_transport/parking/controlled_parking_zone/cpz_finsbury_park.htm

Thanks dizzie, they have just left and are going to Cockfosters, park up and get the tube in.
That link is good so I've ad note of it for future trips.
I went to a concert there too, many years ago. Don't remember who it was though, maybe the Stones.

I saw KISS there when they did Chaos in the park - but I am thinking that was around 1998 (?) so things have probably changed since then...!!
Also, as it's a free gig, I guess that the stewards for the car park would've cost extra cash.
