Hmm - malwarebytes seems to be ok. I think the next step is to ensure everything is really ok by running combofix but I'm not a techie so I'm not sure if I should be advising or not.

    Please run COMBOFIX
    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
    Shut down your anti virus
Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be) ~ if there are loads of 'SNAPSHOT' pages then leave them out
If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download

For starters you have Avira and MS Essentials, you should run one or the other.

Also the log seems a bit short of some entries.
    Move along, nothing to see.

I don't think it's anything to do with your computer. Although they keep denying it, I think it's a problem with Hotmail. Like loads of other people, I had this happen. I always log off and had a reasonable password. I have changed the password to an even stronger one but my account still gets used to send junk.

When it happened, I emailed everyone to apologise, set up a new email account and deleted most of the addresses in hotmail. The only ones left are a couple of ones that go to non-reply sites. They always get bounced back so I can see that it's still happening.
