The Galaxy S will be out in a week or so, should have been this weekend. It has one of the best screens out there, as well as coming with 16GB onboard. I think it's on Vodafone only, but you might get a good deal via resellers.

I have the desire on a 7 day trial with T Mobile and under friends family contract, but I am so driven by the Samsungs, I just can't see T Mobile doing the Galaxy S which does seem to have the good feedback

if you are talking about the samsung wave, then i think it runs the BADA operating system which Hardly any apps available for download.

the specs of the phone look good, super amoled, 1ghz processor, 5meg HD camera, Bluetooth® 3.0 and WiFi 802.11n standard, HD video (720p) decoding and recording capabilities

the samsung galaxy s will be specs similar to wave but with android OS.

http://www.expansys.com/d.aspx?i=196097 for the wave (3.3" screen)

http://www.expansys.com/d.aspx?i=198072 for the galaxy s (no flash for camera) 4" screen.

ps: freddieM can you edit your signature? looks like you have got loads of blank lines in your tag line that just increases the webpages length without adding any content. you can get to editing your tag line by going to the USERCP in the control panel and editing your profile signature.
