Mine arrived today as well, the end had come of the tube, but it was still in there, looks very dead, but have popped it in some water to see if it recovers for next year.Always on the hunt for a bargain0

Mine arrived yesterday, I think it's a rowan.
It does look a bit pathetic but I'm sure it'll perk up. 0 -
My tree looked dead when it arrived - it still looks dead, but not any worse than it did originally. I wonder if this means it's not actually dead?

Got my poor little rowan today. Roots totally dried out and what few leaves it had fell off as I opened the end of the tube. The website they point you to, for care instructions, makes a big thing about not letting the roots dry out! Ah well, it's sitting in water right now, and I'll pot it up tomorrow, with fingers crossed.0

Twig arrived today just as people described, in a poster tube and the roots were covered in dirt in a small hessian bag. I managed to open the wrong end with bits coming out but not too much debris, lol. Twig had a few dried leaves still attached and some had fallen off, but it looked healthy and I've put it in compost in a medium size pot and it's sat in the sitting room. (We don't ever put the heating on so should be ok.) Don't throw your trees away as they are in the dormant season and will pick up come Spring. There wasn't a label on it but I know it's a Rowan I ordered.
Just in case you don't get a small card with your tree it says to go to www.campaignfortrees.com to get a free guide to looking after your tree.0
