Best phone recycler for slightly damaged phone?
I have a Nokia N96 to recycle. The screen has minor scratches and a small superficial crack. From what I understand it doesn't really count as a "cracked screen" by most definitions, because the actual LCD itself isn't damaged so the display is still fine.
Obviously I want to get the most for the phone, and this site's mobile valuer is saying £104 from Phone Recycle Bank. The highest paying well known site is Envirofone at £88.
Does anyone have experience of trading in damaged but still "working" phones? Which site seems most reasonable in what they pay out?

God knows, without seeing what you refer its not easy to say. You would think if you notice it yourself, they will notice it too.0

Usually the sites have a definition of what a damaged phone is, usually one that doesnt work, or the screen just doesnt come on.Total payment recieved from GPT etc as June: £0.000

I recycled a nokia recently with envirofone and they quoted £55 but then when they got it and assessed it I got £38 as it had a broken catch but still works fine. Quite a big hit off it for a broken catch but it was good enough for me.If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0
