IMO they did lose my tv. In my case the tv didnt even make it to the LDC ! At the time it was still on the delivery drivers van as he hadnt returned to depot. I appreciate it would have gone to the recycling centre at a later stage but in this case it hadnt even got there. They then tried to palm me off with a Sony Rear Projection which was not suitable when they knew what tv I expected to get back, in this case a Phillips CRT. I take on board the comments about the letter but I think it's important to give all the information that is needed, especially when so much has happened. Besides this is the way I have always written and whether or not it works for you, it works for me. Ive got what I wanted after making my complaint.
I tell you what though, it looks like you work for DSG, no problem there Im sure your very nice but I think your company needs to do a lot of work re : customer care and communication. At the moment I will now only buy things on the spot (that I can take away) and I will only deal with local stores (that way I cant be palmed off with comments about profit / loss & bonuses etc) which as a customer a care nothing about.0 -

From reading your comment I'm guessing it would take more than 5 times for you to understand anything written correctly.
Have you ever heard of a full stop or a capital letter? The only punctuation you have is an apostrophe which isn't actually needed. I really hope you do not work for anyone where you need to write letters. If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550
