Orange PayMonthly 'Other Items' charges?

I've recently changed from Payasyougo to PayMonthly so am not exactly all clued up on these extra charges. My deal is 1200 minutes, 600 texts & unlimited internet a month. I just had a look at my usage & so far ( a couple of weeks ) have been charged £1.33 for texts & £1.02 for 'other items'. I found out the texts were 'delivery reports' which I had to switch off on the phone itself. I had these on payasyougo & wasn't charged a thing. Guess thats paymonthly for you. But does anyone have any idea what these 'other items' are? I text, I phone & I use the net but considering thats fine with my package I have no clue on what these are.
