Good evening. Well, thanks to three lovely people, I have my plan for sorting my life out.
Short term: Tomorrow, I will be good to myself, physically and mentally. That means no negative thoughts about myself, and sticking to my diet. One day at a time.
Mid term: I will do the Leeds 10k in a month's time with Linda. I am reasonably confident I can be ready for this in a month, and it doesn't feel as daunting as my GNR preparations (and when I say 'preparations', I mean 'burying my head in the sand').
Long term: I have the GNR, which I am NOT going to back out of, my OU course starts in September, and my house purchase will be through, so I can get my finances back in order.
