tbh i am carp at packing for a normal weekend away...this just seems too much like hard work!

I am hoping my niece just gives me a list of stuff to take. I got a pac-a-mac today and some shorts...am getting wellies for my birthday...am hoping for some black ones with crystals on them...

I wouldn't mind but I was really hoping Kylie or Green day would be on this year..instead I am stuck with gorillaz....

And i never knew you could get solar batteries for phones...as long as I can access facebook to keep up with you guys...:rotfl:

Yes, guess you have to pack for the worst case scenario (like any holiday really) but if it turns out to be lovely and all you need is a t-shirt and shorts, it can be a pain carrying all the rest of the stuff about.

Where are the wellies from - sound lovely!

Sent off the passport applications, did them online so only had to get them signed and send payment and photos......

all 3 photos look dodgy

DS1's looks like he has a helmet for hair
DS2's looks too far away from the camera and is sat to the side a bit
Mine - One of my eyes looks higher than the other:eek:.....think Cluff off the goonies!!!! Hey...you......guys!:rotfl:

Worryingly I had 3 attempts at mine and they all gave a warning that they did not meet the passport requirements on the screen despite aligning my head up etc? I wasnt going to pay another £4 so I have just picked the least scary one and hope for the best.

I bet they come back:(

I won't be carrying it...thats why I am taking the OH....oh and there is my BIL to help too....I am such an optimist that I never pack for worst case scenario...but I will this time.

No idea on the wellies...they are just ones that i see in my head...someone else will have to source them for me.:rotfl:
