Ohhhhh Pap - Well done you!!!! How'd you find it?

I have no desire to run but do admire those of you that do, especially Pap who's come soooooooo far in the past year.

I think we should adopt Pap :D

Pooky, I won't say it was easy because it was really hard. Two big hills on the course and I have done no hill training. Ran the first one, walked 3/4 of the second. The marsels around the course were all supportive, but felt a little left out when I kept hitting/running alongside groups. The last k was fabby :T

Well done PAP - I think finishing altogether is an amazing achievement and your time should only be compared against yourself. Are the others 5k as well? :T

One 5k in Cardiff and then my big 10k in Milton Keynes, thats a charity I support so want to do really well for that one.

Pap is so admirable, completely transformed herself in the past year...

As you can see below some of that hard work has come undone, but I have maintained my weight for 3 weeks now. Back to lossing it as of Monday :D I am now doing p90 to get some wicked muscles :T

    Hardly 'undone' babe, hardly undone.
I would love to try the P90-both DH and I were very interested in it after seeing it advertised in Fla. What do you think about it?

Well done, keep it up and maintaining is AMAZING!

I suppose, still 4.5 stone down :D well I want to try P90X but the cost is out of this world (buying from ebay) but I found P90 for £5. Its fabby (used it twice so far) doesn't feel like you are working out because its all about core muscles and the trainer is very fun. I would say if you can afford it then give either a try. I am not expecting iorning board abs or guns of steel but some more definition will do me.

Feeling a bit meh today as I only have one week left at the company I am at. I am being transferred over to their management company, still doing the same job but in a different location. One that is far away from where I live. I have been used to walking into work and now will have to get the bus :(
