Consumer advice needed for virgin mobile
Hi. this all started back in December, I had a nokia n86 with virgin, to cut a long story short up until this week I'd had 5 replacements, I'd been told I couldn't exchange it again until I'd been to a virgin store for them to confirm it faulty, got there to find out they couldn't do anything unless it'd been bought within 28 days, phoned them again, emailed them, had to phone them back again and they agreed to change my handset, they offered me options I didn't like so they said as a goodwill gesture they'd give me a samsung tocco ultra, 8mp camera, touch screen, the operator really praised it up, so I thought great I'll have that, when I got home from work I had a look online to see what this new phone looked like, to be honest I didn't like the look of it, I'm more into my gadgety smartphones and this is exactly the opposite.
Do I still have the right to tell virgin I'm not happy with the handset they've sent me or do I just be grateful that they replaced it at all? I hate causing a fuss over anything like this and I'm not usually a complaining type, any help would be appreciated, thanks
