Help ! Can't find PUK code for O2 nokia...
My daughter forgot her pin code and tried 3 times and it said it was blocked.
Looked on O2 website, signed in, and when she was prompted to put her mobile number in it said "We are unable to find a PUK code for this number"...................."Please note, we can only provide PUK codes for O2 customers"
She is an O2 customer and the mobile number is correct.
Of course there is no customer service until the morning and she's expecting some important messages about a job she's applied for.
Desperate for any help.

Only the network can generate the code, so a call to CS first thing would be the only way forward.
The web site could be playing up, with a bit of luck a human will be able to get it sorted for you. . .0
