Sky Offering 1 Months Free Sky Movies and Sky Sports - Problem

Hi All
last Wednesday i received an email saying that i could have 1 months free sky movies and sky sports, i clicked the link and signed up (it does sign you up to sky world but after 4 weeks they advise you ring up and and cancel so you don't pay the full £48 unless you want to keep it)
They do say please allow 48hrs for activation which i have done well i waited 52hrs
and nothing so i have phoned up and they advised me to place a complaint on-line through mysky, the reason it hasn't worked is because there is a problem with the email that they sent out, I'm not sure if this is every email but i thought i would post this on here in case anyone else received the email from sky and was wondering what was happening and to save you phoning up the astronomical 0844 numbers
