Does anyone have direct lines guaranteed car hire?
Been on the phone now for aaages and getting fed up tbh of no answer.
Our head gasket has gone on our car and i am wondering if we would be entitled to a hire car (seeing as we pay for it!) it says on our policy..'xxx while it is with a vehicle motor repairer'..the man we are using is an independant MG specialist and so will say it has to be off the rd but is currently on our drive!..guessing there will be some clause with it saying not available.
Other than me giving up work for 3 weeks which is not happening i feel really stuck..any ideas please as to what to do?
