thanks to t mobile
I know that most people complain about mobile phone companies and most of the time they have justification, but i would like to say a very big thank you to T.Mobile who have been just brilliant with me.
I had only just taken out a new contract with them £15.00 a month for 24 months 300 mins text unlimited web access, when the chop came at work, I am due final pay and didnt want anything hanging over me so i rang T.mobile and explained that i wanted to pay the contract off early because i didnt want to the struggle of paying it throughout the 24 months i know that i could have tried to put the money aside for it but everytime ive done something like that it always go pear shape.
T mobile then offered me a £10 loyalty discount for the remainder of the contract retaining all the mins and texts so i now have to pay £5 a month and have a load of worry off my mind. So a very big thank you from me to them
