Tesco, not what I was expecting.
You ring customer service : They answer ( fairly quick )
You ask a question : They answer it
I'm not used to this ? It's not what I expected a grocery store to do.....
.....know the product and have knowledge of what they're talking about.
I'm feeling a little faint at the moment. I cant believe something has been so simple. I suppose I just wanted to pass on a big thanks to the ladies on the Tesco Mobile Customer Support line who really did sound like they cared, did call me back and did do what they promised.
No fighting, no stress , just plain and simple good honest help.
I need a lay down, I've been customised by Tesco. :beer:

I have my groceries delivered by Tescos and on the odd occasion there's something wrong with the order, I have found C/S to be very helpful, which is a rarity these days.
They quite often refund me something to cover the cost of the call, but they don't realise I don't use the 08 number that's on my bill, but the number off say no to 0870.
