OSPS Cashback and paperless billing?

I have an O2 contract from OneStopPhoneShop with cashback.

The billing is with Car Phone Warehouse.

It is safe to change to online billing or will this cause me problems when claiming cashback from OSPS?

Best thing to do is contact them and ask, if they it is, get them to confirm it in writing :)

I would stick to traditional billing with OSPS. They will use any minor excuse to avoid paying out.
  • Same apply to e2save? Have o2 cashback contracts with them, better to stick to paper bills then? Anyone sent printed online bills to them to claim cashback had any problems?
