I hope they take me to court about this, also i'm still waiting to be arrested to cutting a wire that was mine not there's, my TV was channelled through my wall s it was above my fire so the wire I installed was mine. They failed to forget one of there engineers came out to change the wire for me for this reason.


the wire may have been yours but the TV clearly was not if you had not paid the full amount that YOU agreed to so in theory what you have done is classed as theft! You could be in a hell of a lot of trouble for a poxy £10..surely you could have just stored the TV until something eventually got sorted???

As a BAYV customer myself i must be one of the lucky ones that has never had an issue with them.

erm... I ain't paying for over 2k for something that didn't work or do owt, would you?

PS I also made official complaints in writing requesting confirmation of a resolution to this matter within 14 working days, I called them and they advised me they received my letter but never got back to me, they were told failure to comply and get to me with a resolution within this timescale would result in me getting rid of the TV, therefore I done so..

I was advised to do this by a legal representative,
